Those fortunate enough to have included this practice into our wellness regimen want to share the experience with as many people as possible.

Come enjoy our outdoor sauna and cold plunge experience. Barrel sauna fits 4 people max....2 is ideal Dry sauna which reaches 90+ degrees celsius and a cold plunge at 42 degrees farenheit.

What an awesome set-up. Sauna is super clean, gets really really hot and the DIY Cold Plunge does the trick. I like the ability to jump in the pool before the plunge and the atmosphere is nice. If you like dogs, they have some super friendly guys too
