The Sauna is a Social Network – TEDx Talks

Saunas have never been more popular globally. But how did this once obscure cultural tradition among Finnic peoples, such as the Estonians, become the world’s hottest wellness trend – and what did we forget along the way? Adam Rang grew up in Britain but has roots in Estonia. He moved here 5 years ago and worked on promoting Estonian e-Residency in the wide world. During the time here, he has gotten interested in saunas and is now promoting Estonian saunas to the world. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
